Is Unitest Instruments' calibration laboratory accredited?
Yes. Unitest operates a SAC-SINGLAS accredited calibration laboratory to ISO/IEC 17025, accreditation number LA-2023-0845-C, valid to 2 August 2027. Results are recognised internationally under the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement and accepted without re-testing.
What is your calibration turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 5 – 7 working days, with an express service of 2 – 3 working days where available. We commit to these unless an issue found during calibration causes an unforeseen delay.
What is the difference between accredited and traceable calibration?
An accredited (SAC-SINGLAS ISO/IEC 17025) calibration carries the accreditation mark and is independently verified — the strongest audit evidence. A traceable calibration still traces to national standards but is not under the accredited scope. Every accredited parameter is also offered as a traceable service where accreditation is not required, or where the range/model/site falls outside scope.
Do you offer collection, delivery and on-site calibration?
Yes. Free collection & delivery within Singapore for orders above S$300. On-site calibration is available for ovens/chillers/freezers, PRT and thermocouple sensors, temperature indicators, thermo-hygro probes, dry-well calibrators and pressure instruments. Overseas orders welcome. Send your equipment to our Singapore laboratory.
How much does calibration cost?
Calibration is priced by quotation. Send us your instrument list (brand, model and quantity) and our team will provide a formal quote — usually within one business day.
Are your calibration certificates accepted for ISO 9001 audits?
Yes. Certificates issued by a SAC-SINGLAS ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory are traceable to national and international standards and are accepted as objective evidence in ISO 9001 quality-management audits.
Which brands and instruments can you calibrate?
We routinely calibrate instruments from Fluke, Keysight, Agilent, Tektronix, Yokogawa, Hioki, Kyoritsu, Druck and more — over 120 models across electrical, temperature, humidity and pressure disciplines. If your instrument isn’t listed, send us the model and we’ll confirm.
